Dr. Shanthi P holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Bharathiar University, an M.Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, and a Ph.D. in Linearization of MMIC Power Amplifiers from VTU, Belagavi, earned in 2006 and 2020, respectively. She currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at RV College of Engineering and has nearly 22 years of teaching experience across various institutions.
Her research interests span RF & Microwave active and passive circuit design, CMOS VLSI, and Antennas. She has contributed Four book chapters on RF circuit design and has published several research articles in Iinternational journals and conferences. A Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of IETE, Dr. Shanthi actively guides students in RF & microwave domain aswell Antennas
She conducts her research oriented towards RVCE Centre of Excellence in Smart Antenna Systems and Measurement. Additionally, she is a certified trainer for a EV certification course on Electric Vehicle Technology under the Centre of Competance in Electric Vehicle Technology at RVCE.
