Treasurer

Dr. Mahesh A is a senior member of IEEE. He has completed his M.Tech from Raashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE) Bangalore during the year 2008 in the area of communication systems. He obtained his PhD in the area of Antennas and Electromagnetics from Visvesvaraya technological university, Belgaum during 2017. He joined RVCE as lecturer in the year of 2008. Since 11 years he is associated with RVCE. He is currently an Associate Professor in the department of Electronics and Com Communication engineering at RVCE. He was actively ation involved in creating center of excellence in Smart Antenna Systems (SAS) at RVCE. The facility is now utilized for RF Antenna characterization. The facility consists of vector network analyzer and an Anechoic chamber in the frequency range of 700MHz- 40GHz He is actively involved in Consultancy activities of SAS facility. Dr. Mahesh has one Indian patent published to his credit. He has also published 11 research papers in reputed IEEE flagship international conferences. He is actively involved in ongoing research projects from ISRO and AICTE worth of 60 Lakhs. He has delivered 2 expert lectures in the area of Smart Antennas and Electromagnetics at Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering, Shivamogga and in analog electronics at VTU PG center, Mysore during 2018. Major significant contribution during his research work was the development of “Hybrid method for radiation through dielectric lenses” which is novel technique and well received in IEEE APS /URSI conference, Canada during July 2015. The technique developed is as accurate as any EM flow solver and at the same time it can quickly compute the radiation pattern compared to any EM flow solver.
